I made the muscles on the second picture bigger.

Clone Stamp

I used the clone stamp to copie the duck three times.

Puppet Warp

I used the Puppet Warp to change the pose of the woman.

swap faces

I swaped the two faces by using multiple layers. 

changing shirt color

I changed the shirt color from grey to purple. I used the magnetic lasso tool to fram the original shirt and then I selected a color and a blending mode.

Picture with border

I croped the family picture and added a white border.

First I looked a picture on the internet up. Then I painted this picture with the Paint Bucket Tool and the Brush Tool.
